Laser engraving

Suitable for most inorganic items as well as some metal items , exceptional detail and its a non contact method , generally NO color , a very high quality marking of exceptional durability

CnC engraving

Deep cutting into items , colour fills can be had here , very durable , resonable detail , no die costs involved, items have to be clamped and thick enough to take the engraving. Logos and various
typestyles can be engraved

Manual engraving

Similar to CnC but done by hand , simple text etc - logos become problematic ,
slow process - suited to small runs or one off's

Diamond Engraving

A diamond is used to "scratch" the surface of an item , leading to a bright single line mark , no color fill available , upmarket type engraving , very suitable for jewellery and pens

Die cut stickers

Full colour stickers with or without overlaminated protection , very economical and very high definition printing , full photographics. Good durability but the decals can be scratched off

Domed Decals

Same as Die cut stickers but a flexible Resin dome is applied , VERY upmarket ,
almost jewel like product , adds HUGE value.

Sand Blasting

Certain items lend themselves to sand blasting , like glass etc (some metals too) , gives a frosted effect , very durable but requires masking etc , can be expensive and compound curves (like a ball) are
very difficult to do. Good detail depending on the mask

Etching

Flat items and plates can be acid etched to produce a similar effect to CnC engraving , better detail can be held and color filling is an option , item is immersed in an etchant so holloware etc is not suited.

Engraved Plates

Can be applied to various items , most processes can be used - huge range of substrates available

Most products can be marked or branded with one of these processes.
