We have a state of the Art GMP Excellmaster 1600 Hot and cold Laminator
We can laminate ANY substrate top and bottom , top only , top and mount
, mount only , encapsulate , pouch and apply double sided films etc up
to 15mm thick. This a VERY versatile large format machine that can cope
with one offs or production volumes , Various films are available and
we carry most of them.
Applications include:
General lamination of large Digital graphics , banners , show displays etc for protection against damage
UV, moisture etc - films go from ultra thing (8 microns) right ro 250 mil for floor mount graphics
Mounting of any substrate to any substrate so long as the 15mm thickness isnt exceeded
Application of double sided films to any substrate (makes anything self
adhesive) , application of crystal clear front mount adhesive so that
graphics can be displayed inside windows etc.
Bear in mind this is NOT a cheapy type office laminator , this is a
true production machine and the traditional "orange peel" and other
"effects" etc that one gets with office type laminators are NOT present
in our lamination , professional results are guaranteed!!!!
