ENGRAVING BRASS

A specially formulated Brass with a higher lead content for Burr-free engraving. Mainly used for official plaques and doctors plates. This material can be plated for both gold and silver finishes. Excellent polished can be obtained with this , and the material is relatively resistant to tarnishing Thicknesses are from 1mm to 3mm , a very upmarket substrate

NICKLE SILVER

Highly polished silver alloy sheet, 0,4mm thick, used for trophies and plaques. suitable for diamond engraving , a bit thin for deep cut CnC engraving , we don't use this much due to its thinness.

ANACOIL AND ALUMINIUMS

Gold & Silver Anodised aluminium sheet, 0,5mm thick used for trophies and plaques. Suitable for Diamond engraving , we also stock very large sheets of thin aluminium that looks like stianless steel , copper , or bright brushed anodised - ideal for signage and decorative cladding - weather resistant. We Cnc cut , etch and laser engrave all grades of aluminium from 1200 h4 to 70xx grade

STAINLESS STEEL

In various grades can be etched for colour filling or used as identification plates , this material is very difficult to machine , thus we use up to 1.6 mm thick if complex engraving and machining is required - we can etch ANY thickness
